Calm Catalyst was born from a deep-seated passion. Our founder, Erin Young, has always found solace and strength in the world of planners and journals. With a heart full of gratitude for the comfort these products provided, Erin was inspired to share this gift with others facing similar stresses.

         

The name “Calm Catalyst” was a deliberate choice, reflecting the essence of Erin’s vision. “Calm” signifies stillness, tranquility, and a sense of quiet amidst the storm. “Catalyst” represents a force of positive change without undergoing a permanent transformation itself. This duality resonates deeply with Erin’s philosophy: to be a catalyst in people’s lives, offering selfless help, guidance, and inspiration both professionally and personally.
